EXHIBITOR APPLICATION FORM

Pre-Registration Before May 12th, 2023

This process with help us with the Judging process prior to the event day.

1: You are require to email Jorge@PedalCarWorld.com the following complete view photos of your; Pedal Car/s, Custom Baby Stroller/s, Lowrider Bicycle/s, Model Car/s or Remote Control Car/s; Front View, Side Views, Back View, Top View and Underside.

2: The information is required before a payment is accepted to participate at the Pedal Car Show 2023 event as a exhibitor.

3: After the review process of your application Pedal Car World will contact you via email to request the payment for your participation.

4: At that point you will be issue Confirmation and Space Number for the event.

5. When check-in at day of the event you will be asked to sign the "Release Form" for your photographs that where emailed to Pedal Car World. That will grant permission and consent to Pedal Car World and Pedal Car Shows (the "Releasee") for the use of following photograph(s) sent via email to Pedal Car World as identified for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

6: You will be given 2 Exhibitor Event Badges and Event Space #.
